1. 1. About Ordering

● Eggcore get really success for the first Pre-order. The "4 sets package version" and "Limited wood version" has been sold out. Now we open order for limited number of "Classic version" and "Black Gold Collection Version" in 909toy store already.

● We will look into each order by hand out of fairness.  If we find any flippers or cheaters who take advantage of the website system, we will cancel its order.

2. About shipping

● Shipping information
Please fill out personal information accurately; especially email address and shipping address so that we can deliver the product to you successfully.  If there is anything wrong with your information, please contact us immediately via buy@909toy.com.  If we do not receive your notice in time, we will ship it according to your PayPal or AliPay information.

● Shipping Method
The products will be shipped in 3 days, from China. We provide free shipping for Mainland China region. For Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore, we use S.F Express. Beside the above regions, we use TNT courier services.

Our system will send out an email confirmation including TNT tracking numbers as soon as the delivery is set out.  You can log into the following websites to track your order and look for detail information.

● Shipping Cost
We ship worldwide. Shipping to mainland China is free. Shipping cost to all the other countries is determined by destination, weight and shipping method chosen. To find out the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, add the items to your shopping bag, add sufficient address details to proceed. The shipping cost for the order will display with the order totals.

● Exchanges and Returns
We inspect all our products before they are shipped. Generally We are sorry that we don’t accept any exchanges and returns .

 

If there is no accident, you should receive your order in 3 weeks. If you haven’t received the product by then, please contact us via buy@909toy.com.

●出于公平期间，我们会人工审核每个订单，如发现有明显炒货者，或者是利用网站系统漏洞作弊者，我们将会取消其购买的订单。

● 地址信息：
请您务必非常准确的填写购买时的相关信息，尤其是电子邮件和快递地址，以方便我们可以把商品顺利的送达，如果出现您填写的信息错误，请尽快和我们（buy@909toy.com）联系，如果我们没有及时收到反馈的话，我们将按照您paypal或者支付宝内的地址信息来邮递。

● 快递方式：
我们将在您拍下后的3天内由中国发货。如果是中国大陆地区，我们将为您免费快递。

中国大陆；香港；澳门；台湾；韩国；新加坡这6个地区我们将采用顺丰快递。
除以上6个地区以外，我们均采用TNT国际快递，以确保商品更安全和快捷的到达。

我们的系统会在快递发出后自动回复一封快递回单给您，里面包含了快递的追踪号码，您只要登陆以下地址就能查询到快递的详细信息。

● 运送费用：

● 传递与退回

我们的产品再出厂前都经过检测, 通常情况下我们很抱歉地不能接受退换.

如果没有什么意外，您购买后的3周内您就将收到货物，如果在3周后还没有收到货物，
